Aged Australian Parmesan
Let's be honest - we like things firm, sharp and bold! This beauty doesn't pretend to be Parmigiano Reggiano. But what this Australian-made parmesan lacks in centuries-old lineage, it makes up for in flavour, character, and sheer value-for-money brilliance. Firm, salty, and studded with those gorgeous little tyrosine crystals, it brings a satisfying sharpness that punches well above its price tag. Mature Cheddar Infused with Black Truffle
